Lyn Lucas

Our Principal Director, Lyn, qualified as a mature age student in November 1993. After five years as an employed lawyer, Lyn commenced her own law practice in February 1999.

Her specialized areas of law include;

Family Law and Defacto Relationships including Binding Financial Agreements for pre-cohabitation, during cohabitation and after separation.

Drafting of Life Planning Documentation including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian

Administration of deceased estates

Conveyancing – buying and selling real estate

Mediation

Marlene Fleming

Marlene joined the Practice in July 2002, and now assists Lyn with Conveyancing, Administration of Estates, Office Administration and Accounts.  She has had many years of experience in legal practice, and deals directly with clients, under Lyn’s supervision, competently guiding them through their conveyancing transactions from the initial stages of entering into contracts, to attending the final settlement.

Marlene is well trained in the administration of deceased estates, including preparation of documentation for filing in the Supreme Court, to collection of assets and final distribution to beneficiaries.
