We have our own Family Law Property Settlement Package, aimed at parties who have separated, agree on how they want to divide their assets, need help in tying the loose ends and formalising documentation, and want to save time, stress and legal fees.  We negotiate a fixed fee, so you have certainty as to your legal costs.  The package includes finalising the settlement by transfer or sale of real estate, transfer of other assets such as shares, and drafting new Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian.
